Machines: Technology and reliability
Our Thermo-sealing machines are technologically reliable, thanks
to their construction in AISI 304 stainless steel and anodised
aluminium alloy, perfect materials for the various sectors of
the packaging industry.
Designed with the utmost respect for the current safety norms,
they are not effected by masses of water or aggressive environments.
Thanks to our many years of experience within this field, the
technology that we use is particularly advanced: the machines
are checked in a completely automated manner, thanks to the
use of P.L.C ’s that can be programmed and which have changeable
cards.
Some of the machines are equipped with sophisticated management
systems, integrated with “touch screen” monitors,
in order to increase business production.
The machines allow for the simple sealing of pre-formed plastic
containers, allowing for “made to measure” containers
to be produced, in order to improve their competitiveness within
the market place and promote the company image.The technology
that is applied to the machines allows for perfectly sealed
packages to be obtained, even in controlled atmospheres. |

O.S. 600 INOX THERMO-SEALING MACHINE
The thermo-sealing machines that form part of the O.S.
600 inox series are technologically reliable, made entirely
of AISI 304 stainless steel and anodised aluminium. They
allow for up to 600 cycles per hour. |

O.S. 600 V.G. THERMO-SEALING MACHINE
This series differs from the O.S. 600 INOX series in the
fact that it is capable of producing packages in a modified
atmosphere or vacuum packed only, according to the necessities
of the package, up to a production of 450 cycles per hour.

O.S. 1000 INOX THERMO-SEALING MACHINE
An extremely versatile machine, capable of realising made
to measure packages with a maximum height of 180mm. It
allows for the format of the trays to be substituted within
a maximum time of two minutes. Packaging speed of 1100
pieces per hour. The most important characteristic of
this machine is to be found in the technique used for
transferring the container, which does not loose a single
drop, though containing the maximum dose. Particularly
useful in the gastronomy and restaurant sectors where
there it is necessary to avoid spilling liquids. |
